Bay Tree Road (full renovation)

We completed a full renovation of this three-bedroom property. We began by preparing and plastering the walls and making good the ceilings throughout. We then fitted new internal doors and lighting, replaced the kitchen units and worktops, and tiled the kitchen splashback. In the bathroom, we retiled the walls and floor and fitted new sanitaryware. To finish, we painted every room, laid laminate flooring throughout and carpeted the stairs.
