King Henry's Drive (exterior refurbishment)

We undertook a complete exterior refurbishment of the property to restore structural integrity and modernise the facade. We began by clearing all structural defects from the masonry. We then added high-performance exterior insulation to improve thermal efficiency, followed by the installation of decorative, weatherproof brick panels and an external render. To complete the envelope, we updated the soffits and guttering to ensure reliable water drainage and longevity.
