Lucerne Close roof replacement

We completed a complete strip-and-replace roof project to secure the property against the elements. We began by safely removing all old tiles, timber battens, and degraded underlayment. We then laid a high-performance, breathable weather-barrier membrane and fitted treated timber tiling battening. To finish, we laid premium tiles across the entire roof structure, detailed the dry-ridge and hip lines, and completed all chimney and valley cement work.
